Product Intelligence Layer

Your product,
explained by an AI that ran it.

ProductDNA opens a browser, walks through your SaaS end to end, and writes a senior operator's brief — the wedge, the real ICP, the demo killer, and where your marketing oversells.

First run free · No credit card · 10 minutes

The Wedge · Generated for Redline
The only system that stops you from removing your stop loss in real time — by detecting the broker action and locking your account for 5 minutes before the trade closes against you.
Rules Engine · "Cooldown active" Live Enforcement screen Discipline Score: 87 Ledger violation log
What makes it different

Not a content generator.
A product understanding engine.

Every other AI marketing tool writes copy from a paste-in description. ProductDNA understands your product first — by actually using it — then writes everything from that understanding.

Other AI tools
Generate copy from paste-ins.
  • You paste in your product description.
  • Generic demo script out. Sounds like every other SaaS.
  • No idea what your wedge actually is.
  • Repeats your own framing back to you.
ProductDNA
Runs your product. Writes the truth.
  • Opens a real browser. Signs in with your credentials.
  • Walks through every screen. Reads every label.
  • Names the wedge. The real ICP. The demo killer.
  • Tells you where your marketing oversells the product.
A real brief

This is what it wrote for Redline.

A behavioral OS for traders. The agent ran for 8 minutes, visited 12 screens, and produced this brief.

Generated in 8 min 12 screens visited 4 sources cited
The Wedge
The only system that stops you from removing your stop loss in real time — by detecting the broker action and locking your account for 5 minutes before the trade closes against you.
Every competing trading tool tracks discipline after the fact. Redline enforces it at the exact moment of failure. That's the wedge. That's why people buy it.
Sharper Positioning
Their current
"AI-powered trading coach that helps you trade better."
Sharper
"Behavioral enforcement that locks your broker when you break your own rules."
Founders default to "AI coach" because it sounds modern. But buyers respond to the enforcement mechanism — that's the unique mechanism nobody else has.
The Real ICP
Self-directed retail trader, $25K–$100K account, currently on a prop firm challenge, blew up at least once, willing to pay $50/mo for tools that protect them from themselves.
Job / self-description
"Prop firm challenger" or "swing trader"
Trigger
Failed a funded challenge for removing a stop loss
Where they hang out
r/Daytrading, r/Forex, TradingView, prop firm Discords
Tried before
Edgewonk, TraderSync, manual journaling — abandoned all
The Demo Killer
The one screen that closes: Live Enforcement · Rules Engine
Watch what happens when you try to remove your stop loss. The system intercepts the click, locks your broker for 5 minutes, and shows the violation in your Ledger. Your competitors can't do this — they tell you after the loss.
Bullshit → Truth

Where the marketing oversells what the product actually delivers.

Marketing says
"AI-powered trading coach that learns your patterns and guides you to better decisions."
Product actually does
Rule-based enforcement layer. The AI labels patterns after the fact. The value is the deterministic broker lock — not coaching.
Do this → Drop "AI coach" from the homepage hero. Lead with "Behavioral enforcement that locks your broker when you break your own rules." That's what people are actually paying for.
How it works

10 minutes. Three steps.

01 / CONFIGURE

Connect your product

Enter your URL and a test login. The agent opens a real Chromium browser you can watch live as it works.

02 / EXPLORE

Agent walks through everything

It clicks every screen, sub-tab, and feature. Reads every label. Captures targeted screenshots. Like a thorough new hire on day one.

03 / BRIEF

You get the operator's brief

Wedge. Real ICP. Demo killer. Marketing audit. Every claim grounded in the specific screens it saw — no hallucinations.

What you get

The brief a 20-year operator
would write after an hour with your product.

01
The Wedge

The single thing your product does better than anything else on earth. Stated in one sentence.

02
Sharper Positioning

Your current homepage hero, vs. a tighter alternative grounded in what the product actually does.

03
The Real ICP

Specific job title, situation, triggers, where they hang out, what they tried before. Not demographics.

04
The Demo Killer

The one screen that closes the buyer, with the exact line to deliver while showing it.

05
Bullshit → Truth Audit

Where your marketing claims more than the product delivers, with specific rewrites.

06
Narratives + Evidence

Demo script, sales narrative, investor pitch — derived from the brief above, with every claim sourced.

Common questions

What founders ask first.

Is my login secure?
Credentials never leave your local machine. They're used once per run to authenticate the browser agent, then cleared from memory. We do not store credentials on our servers. The agent operates in an isolated browser session that closes after the run.
What does the agent actually access?
The structure and language of your UI — screen names, nav labels, button text, data field labels, copy. It does NOT read user records, customer data, analytics events, or anything in a database. It blocks destructive actions (delete, billing, logout) entirely.
How long does a run take?
Typically 6–12 minutes depending on product complexity. The agent visits 12–25 screens, takes up to 3 targeted screenshots per page, and produces the full brief in one pass.
What kinds of products work?
Any SaaS with a browser-based interface. B2B, B2C, vertical, horizontal. If you can sign in and click around in a browser, the agent can analyze it. Best results on products with clear navigation and labeled features.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT can read your homepage. ProductDNA opens a browser, signs in, walks through your actual product, and writes a brief grounded in what it saw — not paraphrased marketing copy. Every claim cites the specific screen or feature it came from.
What does it cost?
First run is free. Pricing for ongoing use is coming soon — early users get founder pricing. The cost to us is the AI inference, which we've optimized aggressively with caching and a mixed Haiku/Sonnet pipeline.

Your product, explained.
Then improved.

The brief takes 10 minutes. The clarity changes everything downstream.
